By accessing or using Marble ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Marble is operated by Marble Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").
Marble is a kitchen and wine cellar management platform that allows you to:
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Marble offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans (Marble+ and Marble+ with Celeste) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your data but revert to the free tier limits.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Marble, including recipes, tasting notes, wine information, and photos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The Service allows you to import recipes from external sources such as Instagram and other websites. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any imported content. Marble does not claim ownership of imported content and provides import functionality as a convenience for personal use.
Celeste, our AI sommelier, provides wine-food pairing suggestions and other recommendations. These suggestions are generated algorithmically and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated recommendations. Always use your own judgment when making food and wine decisions.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Marble Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. The Marble name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marble Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
